Suggested Ways to use

Citrus oils are usually the best go to oils for feeling more awake. Citrus oils include Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lemon, and Orange. One way is to put the oils in a diffuser as a mixture.

Another way to feel more alert is to place 1 drop of orange, 1 drop of peppermint, and 1 drop of frankincense in the palm of your hand, and rub your hands together. Then cup your hands near your nose and mouth while inhaling the aroma of the oils. The aroma will help wake you up and keep you awake for a while during those “2 O’clock drags” at work. If you don’t want to get oil on your hands put the drops of oil in a cup and inhale from the cup. To wake up feeling rested in the morning place any of the recommended oils on the bottom of your feet after getting out of the shower or bath.
